SITE:
A restricted urban site located in the historic part of downtown Leesburg near the Courthouse and County Office Buildings.

PROGRAM:
Design a 650-unit assisted living facility with kitchens in the units. Provide a full-service commercial kitchen and dining room.

SOLUTION:
The L-shape of the building affords privacy with an interior garden court and drop-off area while providing a solid edge to the sreetscape. A brick wainscot, wood siding and small protions of standing seam metal roofing tie the building contextually to the site.
