SITE:
A 5-acre site in the city of Herndon, Virginia

PROGRAM:
Develop selected design upgrades through careful building evaluation and design of details that impact the overall appearance of the buildings.

SOLUTION:
Judicious use of colors, in conjunction with various architectural elements to improve the entrance to the buildings and provide for a livelier facade. The use of new balcony railings and fascias with accent colors in breezeways and new contemporary lighting accentuates the nature of the site.
