SITE:
Existing 10-building site with 204 one & two bedroom units.

PROGRAM:
Provide new services, roofs, sprinkler system, handicapped accessible units, common use areas and landscaping.

SOLUTION:
The existing units were completely refurbished including new windows, kitchens, bathroom fixtures and upgraded finishes.

Additions of new landscape to embellish the site and provide “defensible space” solutions, which also unify the buildings and create comfortable and affordable living environments.
