SITE: :
This existing apartment complex is located in a residential neighborhood and consists of 28 one and two bedroom units.

PROGRAM:
Renovate existing units by providing new kitchens, bathrooms, HVAC and electrical systems, finishes and windows. Provide new HC accessible units and new entry canopies.

SOLUTION:
New entrance canopies, a porch bench, sidewalks and ramps all add to the sense of community tenants enjoy at the front of their buildings. Green features such as rain barrels to reduce stormwater runoff and Energy Star appliances and equipment to help reduce utility costs exemplify this project’s conscientious renovation.
