SITE:
This high visibility site is located on the corner of Savannah Street & Fourth Street SE adjacent to Ballou High School.

PROGRAM:
Provide 100 new multi-family housing units among three separate buildings with a rental office, a tot lot, and required parking.

SOLUTION:
Four distinct units types are distributed among the three buildings which feature individual unit entries. The site configuration creates defensible space by arranging the buildings as a strong street presence as well as forming a comfortable urban courtyard. The unit mix of townhouses and stacked flats provides a diverse choice of unit types for the residents in this neighborhood.
